Returns require previous authorization, failure to obtain a RMA may result in denial and either disposal or being sent back at buyers cost. Returns must be in new and unused condition along with original packaging in resale-able condition.

Non-Stock items require prior authorization and may be non-returnable depending on item and factory. All non-stock items are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee.
